We are a Quality Assured company and offer training to a wide range of School, Tertiary, Community and Corporate Clients in Victoria and around Australia. We are proud that any income generated goes back into the community via community projects and programs. As a team we identify groups needs, create customized programs and deliver them, subsidized by the work we do with schools and corporations. Adventure YMCA is run by a group of experienced and professional instructors who are passionately dedicated to extracting the maximum fun and experience out of every adventure we are involved with. Adventure YMCA specializes in working with school groups, youth at risk, and disadvantaged groups on a number of outdoor pursuits including rock climbing, abseiling, white water rafting, canoeing, mountain bike riding, bushwalking and wild caving. Our main strength is the depth we go to in our facilitation. All activities are thoroughly briefed and debriefed by our highly trained facilitators. We use experiential learning as the principle-training medium, and believe people learn more when they are motivated. Thus Adventure YMCA strives to create a balanced mix of learning, motivation, and fun. Areas of main focus in our programs are teamwork, increased self-esteem and self-belief, team building, leadership, communication, and problem solving. Working and living in the Grampians since 1984 has given us a large understanding and affinity for the Grampians National Park. We look forward to sharing this with you, our guests.
