He is justifiably renowned as being one of the reef’s top producers and is knowledgeable in a wide range of techniques and environments.  Skilled with tackle ranging from ultralight to unlimited including fly, spinning and conventional - he is at home in rivers, estuaries, reefs and offshore. His vessel, the famous 44’ Sea Baby IV is fully equipped with the latest in electronics & navigational equipment and is complimented with the best in custom-made tackle.   His crewmen Glen Johnstone & Colby Fish are amongst Australia’s finest and are skippers in their own right. Ross is a protogee of the now retired, legendary marlin skipper,  Capt Laurie Woodbridge and crewed for Laurie for 7 years on the Sea Baby IV before taking over the helm 4 years ago.   The experience through working with one of the world’s greatest captains, together with his passion for fishing and consistent results produced for anglers from all over the world, has enabled Ross to establish one of the most experienced and professional all round game fishing operations within Australia.
