The accommodation is within the newly renovated Head Lighthouse Keeper’s homestead and is fitted with modern facilities offering the charm of the past era and yet the comfort required after an exhilarating day of fishing adventure on the waters surrounding Cape Don. Cape Don is renowned for its diverse range of sports fishing experiences making it a fisherman’s paradise virtually all year round. Accessible from Cape Don are mangrove lined creeks, sandy island cays, fringing reef and rocky outcrops in deep bluewater, all ideal fishing environments. Modern, fully equipped boats ranging in size from 4.7m to 8.5m  are used and all packages include your own personal fishing guide for single to quad share boating. From the Barramundi and Mangrove Jacks in the creeks to the Giant Trevally, Queenfish and Mackerel in blue water, Cape Don offers exciting fishing that only The Top End can produce. For the non-angler Cape Don offers spectacular scenery and wildlife in unspoiled areas where only a few people have ventured.
